Famous MAC brand left handed Yanagiba sushi and sashimi slicing knife. This is a left handed single beveled knife with a 11.5 inch blade. The handle is made from beautifully grained Pakka wood which is hard and durable. The yanagi knife is 1 6.5 inches long including the handle and is considered a professional length yanagiba. The heavy, single beveled blade is a Molybdenum steel blend for better edge retention and at the same time, easily sharpened with a stone.
